ISC授權條款是一種開放原始碼授權條款，在功能上與兩句版的BSD授權條款相同。
這份授權條款是由互联网系统协会（ISC，Internet Systems Consortium）所發明，在ISC釋出軟體時所使用的。不過有許多開放原始碼團體也使用，其中一個有名的例子是OpenBSD對於新寫的程式碼都會儘量使用ISC授權條款。
ISC授權條款的樣版如下：
Copyright (c) 4-digit year, Company or Person's Name <E-mail address>
Permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software for any
