组织蛋白酶O（英语：Cathepsin O）是一种在人体中由CTSO基因编码的酶。[5][6]
功能
组织蛋白酶O是半胱氨酸组织蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶家族的成员。这种蛋白酶解酶参与细胞蛋白质降解和周转。该酶的重组形式可降解通常用作半胱氨酸蛋白酶底物的合成肽，并且其蛋白酶解活性被半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂消除。[6]
