第28屆美國演員工會獎（英語：28th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards）為表彰2021年於電影及電視劇方面有傑出表現的演員獎項，于2022年2月27日在加利福尼亚州圣莫妮卡机场（英语：Santa Monica Airport）贝克机库（Barker Hangar）举行。颁奖仪式将由TNT與TBS自下午5點（太平洋時區）／晚間8點（東部時區）起全程直播。2022年1月12日，罗莎里奥·道森和凡妮莎·哈金斯通过Instagram直播公布了提名名单。[1][2][3][4]

2021年11月18日，海倫·美蘭被宣布为2021年美国演员工会终身成就奖获得者。[5]《魷魚遊戲》創下影史紀錄，成為首部入圍暨獲得美國演員工會獎的非英語劇集。[6][7][8]
