Hormon-senzitivna lipaza (EC 3.1.1.79, HSL) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom diacilglicerol acilhidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(1) diacilglicerol + H2O ⇌ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } monoacilglicerol + karboksilat
(2) triacilglicerol + H2O ⇌ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } diacilglicerol + karboksilat
(3) monoacilglicerol + H2O ⇌ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } glicerol + karboksilat

Ovaj enzim je serinska hidrolaza.
