Clay LaVergne Shaw (17 Maret 1913 – 15 Agustus 1974^[1]) adalah seorang pengusaha, perwira militer, dan pekerja paruh waktu di Domestic Contact Service (DCS) CIA Amerika Serikat.

Shaw dikenal sebagai satu-satunya orang yang diadili karena keterlibatannya dalam pembunuhan John F. Kennedy. Shaw dibebaskan pada tahun 1969 setelah pertimbangan kurang dari satu jam oleh para hakim, tetapi beberapa penganut teori konspirasi terus berspekulasi mengenai kemungkinan keterlibatannya dalam pembunuhan Kennedy.^[2]
