The Ospital ng Makati (lit.'Hospital of Makati'; abbreviated OsMak) is a tertiary hospital that is managed and administered by the City Government of Makati Philippines.

The hospital was established in 1988,[1] during the administration of Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay.[2] The hospital has a bed capacity of 300. It also has its own Eye Center.[2]

The hospital was previously complemented by one branch, Ospital ng Makati 2 in Bel-Air, serving the first district. In 2021, the Makati city government announced plans to construct the branch's successor,[3] which was later opened in 2023 as the Makati Life Medical Center.[4]
