Niwas is a town and a nagar panchayat loceted in mandla district of madhya Pradesh. It's also Tehsil Headquarter of niwas Tehsil.[1][2]

Geography

Niwas is located on Latitude: 23° 2' 44" N Longitude: 80° 26' 40" E. It has an average elevation of 640 metres (2,099 feet)[3]

According to cencus of 2011 niwas towns total population in 8,248.which 4,185 are males while 4,063 are females .[4]

Government

Niwas is part of Niwas Assembly constituency. Chainsingh warkade is MLA from here of Indian national congress.[5]
