Khasabad (Persian: خاص اباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Shurakat-e Jonubi Rural District[4] of Ilkhchi District, Osku County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,252 in 344 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,376 people in 389 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,370 people in 427 households.[2]
